盧市府防疫出現漏洞 中央接管
盧秀燕於四天前(22日)喜孜孜的對外宣布台中市政府的肺炎防疫會議由第3級升高為第2級應變指揮中心，此升級的功用僅有開會會主席改變由副市長變成市長，其他防疫毫無升級。今日報載西屯一男子由武漢返台到處跑，盧秀燕市府只透過電話聯繫，毫無任何防疫管理，就連市府衛生局、新聞局、LINE都停留在過年前的資訊，現在武漢肺炎最新資訊一片空白，大家放年假，武漢肺炎可是沒跟著放年假，甚至盧秀燕臉書也都是發紅包的資訊。
盧秀燕市府表示有電話關心，其他是中央政府的權限，市政府無法介入，換句話說年前盧秀燕的「應變指揮中心」完全沒用，又再度證實盧秀燕是個無能耍猴戲的小丑政客。
該西屯男子，現在由中央疾管局接手處理。
